Delete your account

You can delete your Mindryze account and its data whenever you like.

In the app

  1. Open Mindryze and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings, using the gear at the bottom right.
  3. Tap Delete account, at the bottom of the page.
  4. Type DELETE, confirm it's you (with your password, or by choosing your Google or Apple account again), and tap Delete my account.

You'll see the date and time your account will be deleted, and you'll be signed out.

You have 3 days to change your mind

Nothing is removed straight away. If you sign in again within 3 days, you'll be asked whether to keep your account or continue deleting. Choose to keep it, and everything will be exactly as you left it.

After the 3 days, your account is permanently deleted and can't be recovered.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in account: your email address or phone number, your name, and how you sign in.
  • Your game history: every game you've played, with its scores and results.
  • Your progress: levels, stars and your day streak.
  • Your difficulty and AI Personalized profiles.
  • The record of your agreement to our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Settings kept only on your device, such as your sound setting, are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Copies may remain for a short time in our providers' systems while their own deletion processes complete. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can't open the app?

Email support@mindryze.app from the email address linked to your account (or tell us the phone number you sign in with), with the subject Delete my account. We'll check that it's your account, delete it, and reply to you within 30 days.

If you bought a subscription through Google Play or the App Store, deleting your account does not cancel it. Please cancel it in your store account too.
